Sledding

Central Alberta has an ample supply of parks to provide you with hills. Start by grabbing a toboggan and heading out to one of the region’s provincial parks. Vermilion Provincial Park and the Paddle River Dam Provincial Recreation Area are great places to start.

The Red Deer area offers many toboggan hills. Bower Ponds in Waskasoo Park is a favorite as is the Woodlea area.
