This campground sits at the confluence of the Red Deer and Blindman rivers. It’s long been a meeting place for friends and families, too. Burbank sits on riverside cliffs and commands impressive views down both river valleys. All this natural splendour is just minutes from the town of Blackfalds in central Alberta. The campground is owned and operated by the Lacombe Fish and Game Association. It has serviced sites (30 amp) and non-serviced sites, as well as two group camping areas with covered shelters. Campers will also find showers and flush toilets. Vehicle access to both rivers makes it easy to launch a kayak or canoe or just go for a swim. The campground is also home to Burbank Hall, which overlooks the Red Deer River and is a beautiful site for weddings or other large gatherings.
