Police Outpost Provincial Park

Located near the Alberta-Montana border, Police Outpost Provincial Park preserves a small area of parkland. The park gets its name from a Northwest Mounted Police outpost established at this location in 1891 to deal with whiskey runners. Nowadays, the park is a destination for camping, hiking, mountain biking, and paddling.
