Every night at 7:30 p.m. the Calgary Stampede presents the world’s most unique doubleheader. The Evening Show, featuring the Cowboys Rangeland Derby Chuckwagon Races and the Grandstand Show. At the heart of Stampede since 1923, the iconic Rangeland Derby features 27 of the world’s best Chuckwagon drivers and their equine teams thundering around the track in a rich showing of competition and tradition. When the last wagon rolls across the finish line, prepare to see North America’s best First Nations relay racing teams in action, where bareback riders swap horses and circle the track at top speed. Finish the evening with the Grandstand Show that dazzles audiences with elaborate song and dance numbers,and acrobatics, and concludes with a spectacular fireworks finale in the night sky! Evening Show tickets purchased in advance include admission to Stampede Park on the day the ticket is valid.
