Pottery by Heather Work of Our Hands Spring Showcase

This annual spring artisan showcase is hosted by Pottery by Heather. For three days, the pottery studio will be transformed into a gallery filled with beautiful functional porcelain pottery and the handworks of many of Heather's talented artisan friends. The shelves will be overflowing with a wide range of pottery. This showcase has something for everyone! Your taste buds will be tempted by jams and jellies made from local fruit, freshly roasted nuts in many flavours, and bean-to-bon bon natural ethical chocolates made by a local chocolatier. There will be a wide variety of home decor items for sale including clay flowers, vases, paintings, and stained glass sun-catchers. If sculpture is what you are looking for, the whimsy of the attending artist will bring a smile. The local soap maker will make you smell amazing. If you are a DIY kind of person, a variety of soft local alpaca yarns will make it hard to choose. Or if you are not, there will be pre-made socks, mitts, and hats. Their sewers will make your heads spin with all the fabric choices for kitchen hand towels and bowl buddies. Hand-poured scented soy candles and beautiful earrings from two different jewellers will thrill Mom for Mother's Day. If you are thinking of warm summer days and cold summer drinks, there will be a variety of mocktail mixes and bitters to fill your glass.
