The Abbey offers fitness and fun for all ages with over 41,000 sq. ft. of indoor recreational opportunities. Explore the tunnels and slides in the 3-story indoor playground, or treat yourself to a quick bite at the concession after you work out in the state-of-the-art fitness centre. Take advantage of the 152-metre indoor running track on the 3rd level, overlooking the activities in the triple gymnasium field house. In the summer months, cool off at the outdoor aquatic centre and discover the dinosaurs in the playground, or take in the entertainment at the outdoor amphitheatre.
