Abraham Lake 'Overnight Ice' Photo Adventures

Explore Abraham Lake and photograph the famous frozen ice bubbles in winter on these guided winter photography adventures! We will stay in Nordegg for 1 night to maximize our time and be able to photograph the trifecta of sunrise, sunset & night photography at the lake. The small group trips are set as January 17-18 and January 31-Feb 1 in 2026. They are available to be privately booked if there isn't an option for a small group trip. The timing these are available ranges from November to March which provides for the best possibilities for photographing cool ice formation on Abraham Lake. Ice cleats are provided.
