Alberta Food Tours has two options for people to explore Alberta's food scene. 1 - You can enjoy their Eat the Castle guided tour at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff. That includes four luxurious tastings and stories of the art, architecture, and history that will make you a Banff insider. OR 2 - You can play their Alberta Food Finder game/app. The game is part self-guided tour, part living board game, and part amazing race! Guests have to work through clues to solve a quest and become local food heroes. The Alberta Food Finder is currently set in Calgary's Kensington neighbourhood. All you need is a GPS data-enabled mobile device to play once you've paid for a game code on AFT's website. Founded in 2006, Alberta Food Tours operates in Calgary, Canmore, Banff, and Edmonton. Along with a public tour schedule, they offer a "hire a guide" service for small groups incorporating physical distancing and will also plan custom tours for larger groups.
