Visit one of the town's major attractions. Come and discover the transformation of this historical hospital building into a vibrant community asset. Featuring a walkthrough art gallery as well as a mini gallery, the art and cultural centre fosters a unique and diverse viewpoint on the arts. Beginning in 1937 as the town's hospital it was relocated in 1991 to serve as home for the Beaverlodge Area Cultural Society. The Pink Tea Room features a unique charm of its own, tea, coffee, and sweets available Tuesday-Sunday each week. Whilst enjoying coffee, you can admire their Stained Glass Wall by artist Eric Bask. The Gift Shop features quality, one-of-a-kind crafts by potters, weavers, and artists, as well as art cards and historical books. They offer regional visitor services throughout the year and have a designated Tourist Information Clerk on duty through the summer months. Free Wi-Fi is available along with an invitation to enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or coffee in their Pink Tea Room. Visitors can also purchase souvenirs of the Town – T-shirts, mugs, Beaver magnets, pins, etc.
