Black Diamond Distillery

Husband and wife team David and Andrea Scade have worked hard to realize their dream of creating St. Albert’s first craft distillery. They went from newlyweds to new parents, to distillery owners, all in the span of two years. Working with very small batches allows them to experiment with different recipes and distillates. Some of their fine spirits can then be mixed with natural, locally sourced ingredients to make their various flavoured liqueurs and vodkas, with several only available seasonally, as fresh local ingredients are in season. They are a very small operation. They are a team of two (three if you count young Axel), so they do everything from grain to glass. Come visit them in the tasting room and pick up a bottle of their exquisite Wheat Vodka.
