Brewers Campground sits on the south shore of Gull Lake, 18 km (11 mi) west of Lacombe on Highway 12. Between the lake and the surrounding area, there are plenty of things to see and do. The campground has 295 serviced sites (15 amp and 30 amp) with picnic tables and firepits. Campers will also find conveniences like flush toilets and showers. Brewers Campground also has a playground, laundry facilities, a small grocery store and a concession that sells burgers, drinks and snacks. Reservations are mandatory and can be made up to 90 days in advance. Gull Lake is a good spot for fishing, and the campground provides a boat launch and fish-cleaning stations. The lake is also a popular spot for paddling, water-skiing and sailing. Of course, it’s also a great place to take a dip. Once back on dry land, you can hike or bike the trail system that loops around the campground.
