Cattle View Ranch Ltd - a real ranch in central Alberta offering guest ranch experiences with cattle and horses, (or just cabin rentals if you'd like). The family ranch consists of 250 mature cows, about 14 horses and many more farm animals like miniature goats and miniature donkeys. They offer trail rides, summer camps, riding and roping lessons, and wagon rides. Roping is their specialty and they can offer great horses to use while learning. Accommodation on site consists of 6 rustic-furnished cabins for all seasons. Free wifi is included. The ranch has room for plenty of RVs or living quarters horse trailers in a large open area and they can host family reunions. As an addition to their real ranch experience, they have a small western town on-site including a school, a church, and a jail. The ranch and western town are close to the Village at Pigeon Lake and only about an hour southwest of Edmonton city limits and 45 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport. They are conveniently located between two nice lakes; Pigeon Lake and Twin Lakes. They are about an hour from Edmonton International Airport and can offer pickup if needed.
