The food is an elevated take on rustic French-Canadian favourites and is for everyone. Not frilly, pretentious, or overly-stylized just wholesome local ingredients that taste amazing and fill your belly. The wine list is extensive but not overbearing. They source as many locally crafted brews as possible to give an alternative to mainstream national brands. A handful of unique scotches, ryes, whiskeys, and other spirits will be available for those looking for something a bit stiffer - served in one of Chartier's signature muddled cocktails or customized to your liking.
