Set sail and see Alberta’s capital city from the water. The Edmonton Riverboat plies the waters of the North Saskatchewan River beginning in early June. Edmonton Riverboat offers a few different cruises. Choose from a weekend brunch or a sunset cruise. The brunch buffet offers breakfast classics, salads, fresh fruit and desserts. Evening sailings provide food for purchase, including burgers. Vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available at all meals. Special sailings are geared toward Canada Day, Father’s Day and other events. Cruises last between 60 and 90 minutes as routes may vary depending on water levels and weather conditions. Whichever route the boat follows, you’ll get a unique perspective on Edmonton’s skyline. Tickets can be purchased at the boat, but reserving online is the best option due to limited availability.
