Freeman River Campground is found in the Freeman River Provincial Recreation Area. It is 10 km northwest of Whitecourt on Hwy. 43 and 55 km north on Hwy 32 (16 km south of Swan Hills). This small campground has sites suitable for both tents and RVs. It provides access to the Freeman River and nearby OHV trails.
