Harvest Food & Drink takes pride in serving great quality food and drinks accompanied by friendly and sincere service. Using organic, fair-trade coffee that is roasted right in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Harvest is the first restaurant in Jasper to offer loose-leaf tea from Banff Tea Company. All of the beer selection is from craft breweries from either Alberta or BC. They want you to experience and taste what Canada has to offer and will source locally whenever possible. Harvest dinner menu is designed for sharing. It includes a variety of dishes that can be ordered and enjoyed together and could complement each other.
