Hope Lake Campground is a family-oriented site about 20 km (12 mi) northeast of the Village of Boyle in north-central Alberta. To give you a better idea, that puts it about 165 km (100 mi) northeast of Edmonton. The campground has 51 unserviced sites that accommodate all sizes of RV. There are also sites for tents and 10 sites in the group camping area. Amenities include a cook shelter, playground and horseshoe pits. Firewood is sold on-site. Stays as long as 14 days are permitted. Reservations can be made online. The campground sits on the shores of Hope Lake, so there’s also a boat launch to help campers and anglers get out on the water. There is a pier and a marked swimming area, including a raft and a sandy beach. The area also offers fun trails for those who want to explore on their ATVs.
