They chose stone wool insulation for optimal energy efficiency and noise reduction. They consider the water there at The Jasper East Hostel a wonder of nature. Not only is their tested water fed by an underground mountain aquifer and then UV filtered, but it naturally contains some of the lowest levels of deuterium and heavy hydrogen on the planet. Their 30 contemporary solo private cocoon rooms give you a delicate balance of being in the forest while providing all the comforts and necessities of an indoor space. With expansive windows looking onto views of the forest and mountains, the space allows the walls to fall away, and for nature to become part of your stay.
