JK Bakery Cafe

JK Bakery is owned by a local family who have built up the bakery based on the following core values: family, wholesome food, made from scratch, and community. They feel that this encompasses the reason that the bakery exists and why they come to work every day. They operate two busy cafes in Canmore as well as supply a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, and boutique grocery stores in the area, delivering fresh, preservative-free bread. Their product helps chefs and restaurateurs of the area deliver a world-class product, promoting the food culture of the area. JK Bakery Cafes are well known for their soup and sandwiches, sausage rolls and cinnamon buns amongst the many fresh baked offerings. The Bow Valley community has supported JK Bakery from the beginning and they feel it is vital to support the community in return. They choose to buy their products/supplies from local businesses whenever possible and donate bread and gift certificates to charities and initiatives that in turn help the residents of the close-knit mountain communities.
