The Lac La Biche County Libraries are members of the Northern Lights Library System and a registered charity governed by the Libraries Act & Regulations. They have books, multilingual resources, kits, Internet access, Wi-Fi, DVDs, magazines, Daisy CDs, e-resources, kits, video games, board games, a recording studio, a Musical Instrument Lending Library and so much more. In fact, your library card gives people access to over 4.5 million print materials. Memberships are free for any person residing in Lac La Biche County or living on a settlement or reserve in Alberta. They do not charge overdue fines or fees and all materials can be returned to any public library throughout Alberta. Memberships are not required to access services such as faxing, scanning to e-mail, and the Internet.
