Last Best Brewing & Distilling honors this historical spirit through its name and unwavering commitment to making delicious well-crafted beer, spirits, and Alberta-inspired cuisine. Childhood friends Brett Ireland, Socrates Korogonas, and Alex Derksen have always shared a passion for food and beer. All three had extensive experience in Jasper, Alberta's food and beverage business. So it was natural that they launch their first brewpub in this mountain town.
