This pretty,1.6 km loop trail through mixed woods and across a woodland stream connects the campground loops with each other, the Freighter Lakeshore Trail, the beach, the playground, the amphitheater, and the day-use area. In summer, watch for children cycling. In winter, enjoy snowshoeing through the trees. The trail is generally flat with some small gentle slopes.
