Millarville Racetrack Campground

Located just 25 minutes southwest of Calgary, nestled in a beautiful natural treed setting, the Millarville Island and Creekside Campgrounds promise a relaxing and memorable camping experience. Their season opens in May and closes for the season on Thanksgiving weekend. Wake up Saturday morning and wander over to the famous Millarville Farmers’ Market to top up your cooler or fridge goodies, toss a line into Three Point Creek that runs along the edges of each campground, hang out with a good book under the shade trees on a hot day, or catch one of the many events that the Millarville Racing & Society’s hosts through the season! For your comfort, firewood is available for sale, large bear-proof garbage bins and recycle bins are provided as well as portable washrooms throughout each campground. Potable water is available on the west side of the Island Campground to fill up your portable water containers. The larger Island Campground has 21 un-serviced, pet-friendly sites accommodating both single and group sites. The more rustic Creekside Campground bolsters 16 un-serviced pet-friendly sites also able to accommodate single or group campers. This is the perfect place to shape memories with your family and friends!
