There are over 20 km of trails that offer excellent hiking and cycling. The area is popular with birders because it sits within two of North America’s major flyways for migratory birds. Campers should also keep an eye out for deer, porcupines, coyotes and moose. In the winter, 18 campsites remain open, and the park offers skating, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
