Miquelon Lake Provincial Park offers everything you'll need for a fun-filled getaway. Stay in the campground or visit for the day at any time of year. Roughly 20 km of well-groomed hiking and biking trails wind their way through backcountry forests and wetlands while paved trails give full access to the lakeshore and campground. Visit the Park Centre to grab a snack, a gift, or a much-needed ice cream treat! Take advantage of the basketball nets in the day-use area, the volleyball nets on the sandy beach area. While swimming is not recommended in the lake, there are still opportunities to sunbathe or build sandcastles. Play on one of the playgrounds or be entertained at one of the summer interpretive programs, like the Saturday evening amphitheatre programs. Or simply make the trip to watch for birds, wildlife, or the amazing dark night sky. In the winter, try cross-country skiing on the groomed trails or skating on the outdoor ice track and skating rink.
