Kasim's aim has always been to offer a wholesome vegetarian alternative to the standard North American diet. His team of expert chefs creates a bewildering array of dishes. A mix of East and West, the menu is inspired by both the humble and grand cuisine found in Kasim's native country Indonesia, as well as Vietnam and China. There are also some homegrown influences on the weekend brunch menu, including “eggs” benedict and the “ham and cheese omelet.”
