With three cabins and a teepee, Peace River Cabins and Outdoors provides comfort in the wilderness. The cabins sleep two to three people and have running water, fully equipped kitchens and comfy beds. Campers staying in the teepee should bring bedding to use on the provided cots. Campfire cooking utensils are also provided in the teepee. Once campers get settled, they can head out for adventure. Peace River Cabins and Outdoors sits on the banks of the Peace River, which is part of the MacKenzie River system, the most extensive in the country. The area provides great fishing for Arctic grayling, northern pike, burbot, goldeye and mountain whitefish. The river is great for paddling, while a boat launch 4 km (2.5 mi) down the road is ideal for launching jet boats and those with outboard motors. RV and tent camping is available for those booking events and large groups at the facility.
