Popson Park

Popson Park is located in the southernmost part of the west side of Lethbridge. It originated as part of the Urban Park Project funded by the Provincial Government. The Oldman River forms the park's eastern and southern boundary, a combination of flat land along the river and coulees to the west. The river provides fishing and boating opportunities, and many boaters will launch their boats from this area (caution: the weir is downstream, portage around it). Popson Park is also the only off-leash dog park on the west side of Lethbridge.
