Rapid Fire Theatre is Edmonton's longest-running improv theatre company and one of the most popular improv companies on the planet! With programming for kids, teens, post-secondary students, adults and seniors, there's something for everyone. Having scored a drawer-full of international awards, Rapid Fire Theatre has been dishing out guffaws since 1981 in the form of high-energy improvisation, collaborations, theatre for young audiences, full-length plays, and comedy workshops. Rapid Fire has shows and classes every week of the year at their home in the heart of Old Strathcona's theatre district. They're also at the helm of a flurry of funny-bone fests including BONFIRE, The Wildfire Festival for gutsy high school students, and Canada's biggest improv comedy celebration, the annual international 10-day Improvaganza.
