River Grove is an oasis of green amid the arid landscape of the Canadian Badlands. The campground sits in the town of Drumheller on the banks of the Red Deer River. Its big, leafy trees offer welcome shade after a day of exploring. The trees also create a sense of privacy between campsites. River Grove is just across the bridge from Drumheller Visitor Information Centre and the World’s Largest Dinosaur. It’s a short walk to the downtown shopping district and the town’s spray park. Campsites range from unserviced to fully serviced and can accommodate RVs and tents. There are 10 cozy cabins that can accommodate four people, and two well-stocked camping trailers are also available for rent. Amenities include free WiFi, washrooms, dishwashing stations, coin-operated showers and laundromat, and a convenience store.
