The campground, open from early May to early October, has 112 sites — 30 of which offer power hookups. The well-treed and peaceful sites can accommodate RVs or tents. You'll also find showers, flush toilets and a playground. It is also ideally located for adventure in Sheep River Provincial Park. Reservations are required. Visit the Sheep River Administration and Information Centre to get tips on things to see and do. Sheep River Provincial Park has excellent trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. The crystal-clear Sheep River is great for fishing, too. In winter, despite the campground being closed, the park is still a great place for cross-country skiing and ice skating.
