Skinny's Smokehouse has one goal: to fill bellies with a delicious southern BBQ experience. All of its meats are cooked low and slow in a hickory wood-fired BBQ pit. Everything else is made from scratch using the finest ingredients. Before opening Skinny’s, owners Jeff Brewster and Todd Lindsay travelled to the Kentucky BBQ Festival, then made their way through seven Southern states meeting, eating and learning alongside some of the best BBQ pitmasters in the south. The result is Skinny’s savoury menu, full of ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, premium sausage and smoked chicken.
