Suncor Community Leisure Centre

As a key facility at MacDonald Island Park, the Suncor Community Leisure Centre (SCLC) welcomes tens of thousands of guests per year. The SCLC is the region’s hub for daily fun and has become one of the most popular sports, leisure, fitness and recreational attractions in Fort McMurray. All ages can enjoy the different amenities the facility has to offer. From staying fit and having fun to hosting events and sport competitions, the SCLC is a high-traffic bustling facility with something for everyone. Amenities include an aquatic centre, two field houses, two ice arenas, a curling rink, racquetball/squash courts and an indoor running track. There’s also a fitness centre, an indoor climbing wall, an indoor playground, a dance academy and a public library.
