TELUS World of Science – Edmonton is an out-of-this-world experience, with a wide variety of themed galleries to explore, IMAX movies to discover and tons of fun and engaging hands-on science to experience. Take your seat at the edge of the universe in our world-leading Zeidler Dome Theatre and embark on an incredible cosmic journey across galaxies and to the core of an atom. You will learn while you play as you test your flexibility and leg power or do your own DNA swab in the new Health Zone. Step inside the S.P.A.C.E. Gallery and interact with exciting exhibits, from firing rockets and driving a Mars rover, to laying eyes upon a real-life Moonrock, and so much more. The Indigenous Traditional Room is a welcoming place for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people to gather. It will feature local Indigenous artwork, ceremonial drums, blankets, and sacred medicines. There will also be teachings by the in-house Elder and Land-Based Navigator. The room is a respectful area for guests to meet with an Elder or Traditional Teacher, ask questions about Indigenous Culture and ceremonies, and hear stories about Indigenous Ways of Knowing. The Traditional Room symbolizes the heartbeat of cultural learning by providing opportunities for guests to learn and appreciate First Nation, Metis & Inuit Peoples on Treaty 6 Territory. TELUS World of Science – Edmonton will ignite your curiosity, inspire discovery, celebrate science, and change lives. Plus, shop for unique science items in the Galaxy Gift Shop or grab a bit to eat in the Purple Pear Restaurant. Tickets can be purchased in advance and is highly recommended. Please visit the Science Centre's website for operating hours, showtimes and ticket prices.
