They take the guesswork out of making wine, wine coolers, port, dessert wines, beer, hard seltzer, or cider! They are a retail store and Ferment on-premise facility (uBrew/uVin). They sell home brewing kits of wine, beer, cider, and seltzer along with the supplies to brew at home. Their Ferment on Premise facility is where you come in and choose your wine, wine cooler, beer, cider, or seltzer kit, pitch your yeast, and wait 4-8 weeks for wine and up to 2 weeks for beer, cider, and seltzer. Your second appointment will be time to bottle and take home to enjoy! The wine kits yield 28-30 bottles, and beer & cider kits yield 44-48 bottles. This is something fun to do any time of the year, date nights, weddings, and other events. They even have an on-site graphic designer to create some amazing custom labels for you, perfect for weddings, realtors, Christmas, and many other occasions. How exactly does it work? They prepare your kits, you pitch your yeast – they do the heavy lifting! They use only filtered water. They do the daily monitoring of your batches - degassing, stabilizing, clearing, additives, and more - all in their temperature-controlled environment Your wine is filtered using their winery-grade filtration system. You get the use of their automatic bottle filler, corker, and shrink-top machine among all the other equipment used to complete and bottle your brew.
