Check out the dark sky viewing platform. Wood Buffalo National Park was designated a Canadian Dark Sky Preserve by the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) in 2013. This designation preserves habitat for almost a dozen owl species, bats, and other nocturnal animals.
