Canmore Ranch

Situated across from the Canmore Helipad, this family-run horse ranch is bordered by a mountain creek and boasts several kilometres of forest trails. Here you’ll find horses, of course, but also a log BBQ gazebo and a donut tent with a huge fireplace in the middle, surrounded by picnic tables. With its rustic charm and convenient location, Canmore Ranch is a destination for weddings, family reunions, staff parties, and other large events. In summer, drop by for a traditional horse-drawn carriage or wagon ride through the bush for a taste of the old west; in winter, cuddle up with loved ones in a horse-drawn sleigh or cutter after the snow has fallen.
